We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use our tools. This is a permission to use the app, not a sale of the app itself.

  • Selling our tools to others

  • Removing our branding
  • Hosting the app on your own site
  • Reverse engineering how we work

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password and account safe. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Stay Safe

Turn on Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to add an extra layer of security to your account.

Liability

BrightCRM is not responsible for any issues, data loss, or downtime that happens outside of our control. The app is provided "as is."

We do not guarantee absolute uptime. System availability is subject to the unpredictable nature of the internet and our platform infrastructure.

Governing Law

These rules follow the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of the United Kingdom.
